Niall started his musical Journey at the age of 7, playing the recorder. At the age of 10 he took lessons on trumpet & cornet and started to play keyboards from 15. His introduction to a recording studio in 1984, started the passion for synths/samplers and sound design and he started buying and building synths in the garage of his parents home for his recording studio.

In the early 1990’s he started writing & producing music for various production companies, now his music is being used in films, documentaries and radio around the world. Another passion is location recording. Using the best equipment for studio and location work, he has attained an exceptional reputation for quality recordings and is in much demand as a freelance recordist.
